Palomar Station is a quintessential “Smart Growth” project with partner Lyon Living. It’s located on the SPRINTER rail line with its own direct access, next to bus transit and adjacent to the I-78 freeway in the city of San Marcos. This mixed-use project sits on 15 acres of prime real estate in San Diego’s North County, consisting of 370 apartment/condominium homes in several different floor plan configurations plus 30,000 square feet of standalone retail together with approximately 19,000 square feet of inline retail and live-work units. Residential plans range in size from approximately 670 to 1,500 square feet. Designed and built as a condominium project, the community will have homes that will be rented in the near term.
